Frequently asked questions

How soon do your cookies ship out?

We bake every order fresh, just for you. This means your cookies will be baked and shipped within the next announced dispatched date from when the order is placed. Once your order leaves Miss Gigi Bakes kitchen, it will take an additional 1-3 days to deliver to your door.

Can I change my order?

If your order has already been printed for shipping and fulfilment, we cannot make any changes to your order.

How should I store my cookies?

We recommend storing your cookies at room temperature in a cool, dark place. The best before date will be on your package, as well as cookie care instructions inside the box.

Can I choose my flavours?

Each box has been carefully crafted for the perfect tasting experience and currently, we only offer the flavours listed on the product page. We do not offer custom boxes or flavour swaps, sorry!

I have a nut allergy; can I still eat your cookies?

We bake all of our cookies in an open kitchen where wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts are all present. While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot completely eliminate the risk. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend consulting a medical professional before consuming our products. All “This product may contain...” allergy list are within the Product description box

What is the shelf life of the cookies?

Two weeks—they're baked fresh with no preservatives. If you think it’ll take longer than 2 weeks to consume, we recommend sticking them in the freezer as soon as you receive them. Freezing can keep them fresh for up to one month!

My order has been delayed… Help!

If your order is delayed by the carrier but is still arriving within the chosen delivery time frame (shown to you at checkout prior to payment), please allow the time for it to make its journey to you.

If your order is delayed and has not reached you within the estimated delivery date range, please email info@gigibakes.com and our friendly team will help!

How do I cancel an order?

If your order has not shipped yet, please send us an email at info@gigibakes.com with your order number and request to cancel, and our team will help.

Can I change the shipping address?

If your order has not shipped, please send over the new address to info@gigibakes.com with your order number so our team can make the change for you.

What’s your return/exchange/refund policy?

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality and freshest products possible. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. We are however committed to addressing any valid concerns regarding the quality, damage, or errors related to your order.
